Carolina Custom Concrete has a new website. It went live at lknconcrete.com at the end of August 2026, and it was built around one job: making it easy for Lake Norman homeowners to tell us about a driveway, patio or pool deck and get a free written estimate.

If you used our old site, you may remember a contact form with six required fields. The new one asks for less, tells you what happens next, and gets your request to our team the moment you press send. Here is how it works.

What is new on the website

Every service now has its own page, so you can read about the work you actually have in mind. That includes concrete driveways and walkways, concrete patios, stamped and decorative work, pool decks, repair, resurfacing and commercial slabs.

The towns we work in have their own pages too, from Huntersville and Cornelius to Mooresville, Denver, Troutman and Statesville. Each one covers the ground, the permits and the kind of jobs that come up in that town.

There is also a guides section. It covers the questions we hear on almost every site visit: when a driveway needs a permit, how HOA approvals work in Cornelius and Huntersville, what moves the price of a slab, and how long new concrete needs before you drive on it.

Two smaller changes matter just as much. Our phone number sits at the top of every page, and on a phone you can tap it to call. And the finished-work photos in the homepage gallery are from our own jobs.

How to request a concrete estimate online

There are two ways to send us a job online, and both land in the same place. The quick one is the three-step estimate tool that runs near the bottom of our pages:

  1. What are we building? Pick the closest match: driveway replacement, a new driveway or walkway, a patio, a pool deck, stamped and decorative work, commercial, concrete repair, resurfacing, or something else.
  2. Which finish? Broom, stamped, acid-stained, exposed aggregate, or “Not sure yet”. Not sure is a real answer. We will talk through finishes on site, and you can change your mind then.
  3. Last step. Your name, phone number, email and the property address. The ZIP code is optional.

The longer form, on our free estimate page, asks for the same details plus an optional box for a sentence about the job. Use it if the job does not fit a tile, or if you want to tell us about a crack, a drainage problem or an HOA deadline up front.

We ask for the property address because every estimate starts with a visit. Access for the truck, the slope of the yard and the state of the ground are things we have to see in person.

If you would rather not use a form at all, call or text (704) 966-9268, or email lknconcrete@gmail.com. Texting a photo of the problem is often the fastest way to a useful first answer.

What happens after you send it

When you press send, your request is saved and emailed straight to our team, and the page confirms that we have your details. Then we call you to arrange a time to come out and look at the job.

On that visit we walk the job with you, look at where a truck and a machine can get in, and check the ground. The estimate comes in writing after the visit, not over the phone. A number quoted from a description is a guess, and the sub-grade is the part nobody can see in a photograph.

Two things make the visit more useful. Take a couple of photos, one wide enough to show the whole slab and one close-up of whatever made you call, and text them to us. And think about access, because where equipment can get in is one of the few things that genuinely changes what a job costs.

If it turns out the job does not need doing yet, we will say so. If you are not sure whether your street is inside our area, the service area page lists every town we cover.

Straight answers

Questions about requesting an estimate

Short answers on estimates and the towns we cover.

Do I have to use the online form to get an estimate?

No. You can call or text (704) 966-9268, or email lknconcrete@gmail.com. The three-step tool and the estimate form are there for anyone who would rather send the details in writing, and they reach the same team.

Is the estimate free?

Yes. Estimates are free and given in writing after we have walked the job. We do not quote a number over the phone, because the ground under the slab is the part nobody can judge from a description or a photo.

Which towns do you cover?

Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson and Mooresville around the lake, plus Denver, Concord, Troutman and Statesville. The service area page lists every town we cover.
